Hi guys, so recently I've been super busy trying new products. I have tried 5 new foundations, and holy goodness no. I have reviewed only one of the foundations. I have technically only tried 3 different foundations, but two high end and one drug store. For some unknown reason, some foundations clung to my dry patches and separated on my skin. I have tried the Nars Sheer Glow Foundation, Make Up Forever HD Foundation, and L'Oreal True Match(3 different shades)
I have very dry skin, I have very purple under eyes, and I am yellow based. I always moisturize, exfoliate and cleans my skin before applying anything to my skin. I am not going to review all of the foundations on this blog post, I have other posts for those. But I was getting SO frustrated because nothing I dislike more than when your foundation does not look right on your skin. I did take the Nars and HD back. I really thought more high end products would do better. The HD wasn't anything special to me to be honest. The hype is crazy. Not a fan of the True Match either. I took off the 5 layers of true match and applied my Mac Pro Longer foundation and I am back in love.
I just wanted to share my story and if you have any foundation suggestions let me know on twitter(:
xoxo.

All About: Perms
I have recently seen a lot of confusion over perms. I want to clear up a few things about perms for those of you that want one or are thinking about it. I am going to share all of my advice and what I have seen throughout my hair.
I have had about three perms. I get them every two years. In third grade, I got my hair cut as a bob. From their my hair was a wavy thick mess. It would be curly and choppy and frizzy. I decided to get a perm, and luckily for me my aunt who is a hair stylist did it for me. I would not recommend getting a perm if you wear your hair straight or apply a straightener to your hair everyday. It defeats the purpose of a curly perm.
1st Misconception: Perms are not healthy for your hair.
Yes and no. Perms are great if you want your hair to grow. Taking a shower, applying cream and going. It's a lot more manageable. However, in order to get a perm, you have to have chemicals put in your hair. I mentioned above that I had very thick frizzy hair. I can see with time that the chemicals have thinned out my hair. When you have to brush your hair with a perm, its easiest to do so wet. It does break your hair. But that is the only time you can brush it. My hair grows a lot faster and is not dead because I used to straighten it everyday, and with a perm I do not.
2nd Misconception: I can dye my hair and straighten as much as I want and my hair will still grow.
NO. I have had three and I do not recommend EVER coloring your hair after you've gotten or during your perm. I don't recommend it if you color your hair because that is wayyy to many chemicals in your hair. I get that when you dye or highlight you have to touch it up. I have straightened my hair with perms before. Yes it takes awhile but I do not suggest you apply heat of any sort to your hair once you get a perm. You really need to let the hair and chemicals set. When you straighten it a lot, your hair is not as healthy and it can pull or flatten the curls.
3rd Misconception: When I get my perm, gels and mouses are the best to use.
No. no. no. If you have problems with frizz (summertime with a perm you will have frizz.) you will need to use a cream. I love the Moroccan Oil Curl Defining Cream. It is pricey but amazon has it for a reasonable price. If you have a beauty card, they are sold at Cosmoprof.
If you have anymore questions about perms you can contact me here:

January Favorites!
HI HIIII:) We are already done with our first month of 2015!
Hopefully if you have not already checked out my review on the Nars Sheer Glow Foundation, you go and check it out. It was going to be in my January favs if I liked it:(
Majority of this stuff is within the last two months of purchase, but I did go through my make up when I was trying to recreate a look and started using older stuff that I own too.
1. Rimmel Stay Matte Powder
I had been using the Maybelline Dream Wonder Matte powder but when I hit pan I went to get it from the store annnnnd it's not longer sold? Don't know but anyways I remember hearing that the Rimmel was just as good and I do think so. My shade is 004 sandstorm and it's a perfect match. My Maybelline shade was like medium sand or something so I referenced that.
2. Smashbox Photo Ready primer
I never really understood the point in a primer but always used one. I switched primers because the last one I was using, I felt like it wasn't doing anything. Does make a difference and I highly recommend!
3. Naked palette
An oldie, but a goodie. I was recreating a look I found on Pinterest, and I fell back in love with this palette. If you do not have either Naked or Naked2, I recommend the first. The colors are easier to wear and are more daytime.
4. Nars Anita
No matter what look I am doing, this lipstick goes with everything. I understand the $32 price tag is a little scary, but it takes one swipe and its done.
5. Maybelline Mascara
I got a new mascara from maybelline but the name rubbed off so just know its the pink and green, haha.
I hope you enjoyed!
I will have an updated skin care routine because I've tweaked it juuuust a little soon.
I have many ideas for next few blog posts!

Sobrr App!
Hey:) This is my next campaign. Its a new app called Sobrr. Below is what the apple store says this app is.
Welcome to Sobrr, a social network app built to enable new and meaningful friendships locally and around the world. Sobrr allows you to friend, message, and post spontaneously by having all contents expire in 24 hours. Share a story, snap a selfie, chat, text and connect and match up with new friends.
Friending – The Crew
Every friend that you make on Sobrr expires in 24 hours unless both sides choose to keep each other in their Crew; we believe that your friends list shouldn't be overflowing with people you won't talk to
Messaging – SobrrChat
Every chat message can be viewed only once; we believe that you shouldn't be defined by any single message
Posting – Vibings
Every Vibing you post expires in 24 hours; we believe that you should be able to post without worrying about any repercussions.
So basically its like twitter, instagram, and snapchat all in one. After 24 hours, everything is deleted. Unless you keep your friends in the crew.
This is the link to download the app if its something you're interested in.

BoostInsider and MailTime app information!
Hey guys, welcome back to my blog. Today I wanted to sit down and catch up on somethings and let you all know what I've been up too!
I recently signed up for this website called BoostInsider and basically what it is its a site that you are assigned campaigns to, and you get to review products and apps and all sorts of things with the blog, youtube channel, or other social media platform and earn money doing so.
So the first campaign I was given was the app called MailTime. I do use my email multiple times a day and to be completely honest I absolutely hate the threads. MailTime is an app where your emails look and work like text messaging. It is so much easier if you work and have multiple people in your emails. It's quicker too, because you aren't hassling typing emails and hoping you got everyone. It's like group message for email and so far I really like it, the only I guess down side is that it only supports gmail accounts :/
I hope you will like it too.
Here is my link to the app http://bst.is/GFUKW8
